Impact

Between 8:19 AM and 11:00 AM ET, one of our backend services was taking longer than usual to process data. This used up more resources across our systems, which caused some app integration endpoints that normally respond in under 2 seconds to slow down or timeout for over 30 seconds.

Timeline

- 8:19 AM – 11:00 AM: Performance issues observed; investigation and monitoring in progress.

- 11:00 AM: Cause identified — extra processing in a backend service created slowdowns across other integrations.

- 12:15 PM: Fix applied to restore normal performance.

- 1:10 PM: Application servers stable.

- 3:50 PM: Extended monitoring confirmed full recovery.

Resolution

The issue has been resolved and app integrations are now running normally. We will continue to monitor closely to make sure everything stays stable.
